Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Fully grass fed and grass finished beef with a flavor profile that cannot be found elsewhere. Dry aged for 14 days, making this beef simply richer, beefier, and considerably more tender than standard cuts of beef you get in the grocery store.
