This is one of the most flavorful cuts of beef! When slow cooked it makes for a beautiful pot roast and the added bone helps keep the roast moist while slow cooking.

 

Pastured Hereford & Charolais Beef. Fully grass fed and grass finished beef with a flavor profile that cannot be found elsewhere. Dry aged for 14 days, making this beef simply richer, beefier, and considerably more tender than standard cuts of beef you get in the grocery store.
