Our Angus beef is sourced from one of our NJ farm partners that is family-owned and managed with a strong focus on sustainability and animal welfare. The cattle are rotationally grazed on pesticide and herbicide free wide open pastures and never administered antibiotics, hormones or steroids. These are a grass-fed and grass-finished beef that is supplemented a small amount of Certified Organic, Non-GMO feed to give the meat some marbling.
