This is the best blue we have ever tried! Made by Amish farmers in Lancaster, PA, this blue is made from the raw milk of 100% grass-fed cows. The cultures used are sophisticated and subtle, and the salt is lower than most blues. The rind has a lovely pinkish tone, thanks to the beautiful beneficial microbes that grow naturally on the outside!
This is the blue that is enjoyed by everyone, even by those who don't like blue!
